I love it, it’s amazing. Although keep in mind that you cannot put carbonated liquids in the bottle. If you need the bottle for a long day at work for example, be prepared to fill it up atleast 4 times, since the bottle only holds around 530 milliliters. I had to wait 3 months for my Hitch, which was annoying, but in the end, I supported a small business and i’m happy about my purchase.

This is the combo I've been searching for! The smaller mug is the perfect size for my morning coffee. The water bottle keeps ice frozen all day. And the fact that I can attach the smaller cup to the top and still have a hand free is a genius design. I also love that it's so compact when not in use. I hesitated to spend so much for "just a water bottle" but this was well worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone who often has multiple beverages and is on the go.

I’m giving this a 10 out of 5 as this is a really clever product and deserves a ton of praise!! I usually leave the house with 2-3 drinks so this solves a much needed problem. That said it is not yet perfect. So in priority order here are the improvements that I would pay a premium for: 1) too small!!! 12 oz of coffee is really not enough in the morning!! 2) I don’t like having to take the lid off to drink water - really need to figure out how to have a pop up lid, 3) it is not a yeti and doesn’t keep anything hot or cold for long. Even indoors ice cubes are melted in a couple of hours 4) while it fits in most car cup holders I’m sad that it does not fit in mine . …. But I am quibbling - this is really a marvelous product!!!

Worth the wait! I pre-ordered my Hitch in September, but live in New Zealand, so had it set to ship to my sister's house in Australia. After waiting for the pre-order to be filled, my bottle was finally shipped and arrived at my sister's in mid-December. The family post system is certainly not built for speed! She "didn't get around" to posting it before Christmas, and was away all of January. So, after harassing my sister through the beginning of February, I finally got my bottle this week! I love it. Worth waiting for. Everyone I show wants one too, so you might need to think about New Zealand shipping soon.

This is by far my favorite thermos for several reasons. Firstly I simply enjoy drinking from a mug and this thermos allows that, secondly I love the design and the fact that its chalked full of function, and thirdly you can't go wrong with dishwasher safe. I have had a little bit of the paint chip from the lip of the mug but that's a truly small problem. All in all this is a very, very nice thermos and mug combo, which is quite good considering the price I paid for it.
TLDR: Fantastic purchase, really happy, love the design.

I love it! High quality, all the different sections fit together smoothly and easily. It has no hidden compartments in the lids that are hard to clean or hide pockets of mold (a big issue for me with most coffee mugs). It makes a huge difference as a space saver in my bag. Definitely worth it!

We like having the cup inside the thermos a lot. The thermos itself is pretty heavy, and there’s no spout for drinking directly from the thermos (you have to unscrew the lid). The mechanism inside the lid to lock the cup into it is probably a great feature if that’s something you need. If it were me I would simplify it a little and have just a normal top and keep the cup inside.

I bought the green bottle as a gift for my step daughter who is heading off to college soon. I thought she would get some great use out of this. When I received the bottle, I opened the box and inspected everything. It's a beautiful color, and I love how everything can fit together and be compact, but also how everything can be separated piece by piece for easy cleaning. The lid to the hot cup was impossible to open. I contacted customer service, and they sent me to a page to submit a claim to request a new lid, and the replacement lid is much easier to use. I appreciated the way they handled getting me a lid that works correctly, and I got the new lid within a few days.

I am not a morning person. I always wanted to bring coffee with me to work, but also drink water throughout the day. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of carrying and remembering two cups. The Hitch has been wonderful for making all of that easier. I carry them both in in the morning, separate them, and can take my coffee around with me. Once I finish, I rinse and dry it, put it in the bottle, and can forget about it. It's so wonderfully convenient. My only wish is that the bottle held more water, but I have water dispensers at work so that's not a big deal. And if I'm going somewhere where I'll need or want more water, I have other bigger bottles I can use. The Hitch is definitely my daily driver though! Keeps me going through work.

Efficiency. This cup is efficient defined. The bottle keeps ice cold over night (at room temperature), and the cup is perfect for pouring ice cubes into and filling it at a water refill station at my work. Absolutely love this transit contraption as much as I imagined I would. It kept appearing on my instagram for over 2 months and I could not stop thinking about it because I travel a lot for work. This bottle is definitely one of those things that you don’t really need but also love having. It’s beautiful and very sturdy. It looks great and so far performs well. It definitely feels like a party trick when I show it to friends, which is fun. The biggest downside for me is that it weighs more than I expected, but I guess that us to be expected because you get two things in one. It’s not as lightweight as I wanted to keep in my purse but it definitely still permits that convenience. I leave the handle on and I put it in a different position than they advertise. It doesn’t make sense to me to have to take out the strap everytime you take a sip. I think it looks good in this position. Overall, no regrets and still get excited when I use it!

When I saw the Hitch I thought that is exactly what I need, with the handle as well, so I bought one.

This is beautifully made. And serves what it says! Opening and closing for coffee mug can be little difficult. Its too tight to open and while closing if lead is not aligned, it may leak which makes sense, you gotta have it correct. But I am so happy with this. Already bought one more to gift it to my friend.

It’s too soon to write a review. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. I tend to rate things(as should everyone) for longevity and stamina of the product.
As of now the product is fine and it looks great. So far it holds my water well and the smaller cup hold my tea well. However, it takes a few tries to seal it well for the mug and if not sealed right it leaks. Washing the product is simple and so far I have no problems making sure it stays clean. The idea of this product is great and having an item that I can carry anywhere and everywhere is fantastic, especially for someone like me that needs his water but also likes his mud-water and tea. Except for the sealing annoyance, I have no issues with the container and I actually like it a lot, and even more the color it has.
